Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the applicable return/cancellation request has been reviewed and approved.

Prepaid Orders

Where a refund is approved for a prepaid order, the eligible amount is normally returned to the original payment method through the payment process used for the order. Processing time may depend on the payment provider and bank.

COD Orders

For COD orders, any eligible refund will be arranged after the return/issue is verified. The method and timing will be communicated by customer support.

What Amount Is Refunded?

The refundable amount depends on the reason for the return and the applicable policy. Delivery or COD charges may be non-refundable unless the issue is attributable to us, such as a wrong or damaged item.

Cancelled Orders

If an order is cancelled before dispatch and a payment has already been captured, the eligible refund will be initiated after verification.
