Shipping Policy
We aim to process confirmed orders promptly and deliver Kannauj Royal Perfumer products to the address provided at checkout.
Delivery Charges
- Standard delivery is free unless a different charge is clearly shown at checkout.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) carries the applicable COD charge shown at checkout (currently ₹90).
Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are normally prepared for dispatch after order/payment confirmation. Actual delivery time depends on the destination, courier/postal network, weather, holidays and other factors outside our direct control.
Address & Contact Details
Please provide a complete and accurate name, mobile number, PIN code and delivery address. If an address or contact detail is incorrect, delivery may be delayed or the parcel may be returned.
Delivery Issues
If a parcel is delayed, marked delivered but not received, damaged, or the wrong item is received, contact us as soon as possible with your order ID and relevant photos/details so we can investigate.
Failed Delivery / Refusal
If a customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or refuses a parcel, re-shipping may require additional charges and will be handled case-by-case.
